Scope: installation of six (6) adjustable power post piers/jacks, each set on a new poured concrete footing, under a new built-up three (3) 2x8 support beam along the rear of the house — 30 linear ft — installed under the dropped floor framing and carried by those piers at the rear perimeter wall. The supports carry the rear of the floor; no lifting or leveling of the floors is performed as part of this scope.

Notes: the work is under the floor — nothing comes up through your floors for the beam or the piers. Jobsite will be left clean once completed. The crawl space is not a storage area during the work — please remove anything you keep down there before we start. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while working in the crawl space.

Strong Post Jacks are adjustable supports. As part of your installation, we provide complimentary adjustments at the 6-month, 12-month, and 18-month anniversaries of the installation date. These follow-up visits are necessary to ensure the jacks settle properly and are fully accepted by your home's structure. Please note that it is your responsibility to contact us to schedule these adjustment service calls. Staying on top of this schedule is important to achieve maximum lift and ensure the long-term stabilization of your floors where this system has been installed.

Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed; 2 years stabilization guaranteed on the repaired supports.

Not included: leveling or lifting of the floors beyond the support work above (this is a support scope); clean-out, debris removal or haul-away; no vapor barrier or encapsulation; no floor insulation; no drainage or exterior waterproofing work — no trench drain, no sump pump, no discharge line, no french drain, no exterior grading; no repair of the joists, subfloor or sills beyond the beam and piers listed; no structural repair (no joist, sill, pier, beam or subfloor repair); no mold or fungus treatment; no electrical work; no plumbing repair; no permits; any work not listed in the scope above.

Validity: this estimate and the 10% customer discount are good for THREE DAYS ONLY — the 10% customer discount expires Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 6:00 PM. After that the discount falls off and the price is $9,825.40.
